Summer Reunion 2019 @Neel Kamol

Dear Friends,

A two day long reunion of BUET89 Club will be held on Friday, 12 July – Saturday, 13 July 2019. Venue Neel Kamol Resort at Kaliakoir Upazilla, 27 km from Tongi Bazar. In usual traffic it will take 1 hr 30 minutes by car.

- On Tongi-Mymensing highway at Vogra Bus Stop (after 11 km from Tongi Bridge) turn left towards Dhaka – Tangail Highway.

- At Mouchak Market (after 10 km from Vogra turning point) turn sharp right towards Mouchak – Fulbaria Road.

- After Vannara Bazar Bus Stop (after 3km from Mouchak turning point and 500m from Vannara Bazar Bus Stop) turn left.

- At Mazukhan point (after 2 km from Vannara Bazar turning point) turn right you will reach Neel Kamol Resort (about 1 km from Mazukhan point).

Friday, July 12, 2019

16:00-18:00 hrs - Check-in (there are limited rooms for night stay, it will be allocated on first come first serve basis, so book your room at earliest. Once all rooms are booked we will not be able to take any new request)

20:00 hrs – Dinner

Saturday, July 13, 2019

07:00 hrs – Quick breakfast (for those who wants to leave)

09:00 hrs – Regular breakfast

13:00 hrs – Lunch

17:00 hrs – Snacks

18:00 hrs - Close

There are swimming pool, playground, walkway along the lake side and other amenities to spend good time. Different types of sports will be arranged for the kids.

It’s a flexible program.

Type A: You can join on Friday afternoon, stay night and leave on Saturday morning or

Type B: You can join on Saturday morning, stay whole day and leave on Saturday evening or

Type C: You can join on Friday afternoon, stay Friday night and Saturday whole day and leave Saturday evening.

The contribution for the reunion will be as below:

- Member - (A) BDT.2,000/person; (B) BDT.1,500/person; (C) BDT.2,500/person;

- Spouse - (A) BDT.1,500/person; (B) BDT.1,000/person; (C) BDT.2,000/person;

- Kids (15+ will be considered) - (A) BDT.1,000/person (B) BDT.500/person; (C) BDT.1,500/person; (no payment is required for the kids under 15 years, however you need to inform in advance for the headcount so that we can make necessary arrangements)

Last couple of programs (re-union & picnic) BUET89 Club organized with deficit money because many members not participate even confirms earlier, so that EC members decided everything will arrange for those people who contribute subscription before picnic. There will be no excess arrangement. However there will be an arrangement for collection of reunion subscription for those who confirm their participation through Phone, SMS or Email before picnic. Those who confirmed their participation before reunion and don’t participate on reunion day, they have to pay their reunion subscription fee later.
